Nature of the Transaction
This process is solely for the loading of funds onto a stored value account and does not represent the purchase of any specific product, service, or tangible good. All amounts loaded onto your account represent stored monetary value redeemable solely for future purchases of merchandise or services from the participating merchant. By loading funds, you accept these terms in full.
Liability and Usage
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the stored value account. Funds cannot be canceled once the payment request has been processed. The account balance should be safeguarded like cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
No Warranties
Beyond the in-store credit value of the funds loaded, all warranties regarding the use of funds are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Orchard Pay is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or misuse of the stored value account.
Verification
A valid mobile number belonging to the cardholder is required to load funds. By entering a phone number, you consent to receive verification text messages related to this transaction.
